Audio-Technica ATH-CLR100BT Review

Hey guys! Welcome back to Tech NoLogic. Today, we will be taking a quick look at the Audio Technica CLR100BT wireless earbuds. Is it worth it? Continue watching to find out. Let’s go.

First, let’s look at the unboxing. There are lots of paperwork. A USB A to micro USB cable. Some extra ear tips. And finally, the earbuds themselves.

These headphones cost just under $50 dollars on their website, but just over $43 on Lazada, which is a great price, considering the cost of other Audio Technica products.

Next, let’s look at the sound quality. I was impressed with the sound quality of these earbuds. For $50, it was great. The bass was punchy, treble and mids were clear. The sounds were natural, just like the CK-3TW which I reviewed before. Calls on it were great, and voices sounded clear. Volumes were good, but they don’t go extremely loud. I used them at around 50% volume during normal use.

Next, let’s look at the design. As you have seen, these are neckband style wireless earbuds. I am a fan of this, as truly wireless earbuds are often uncomfortable for me. This combined with the replaceable ear tips, they were extremely comfortable to wear.

The CLR100BT is lightweight, and fits in almost any space. The wires don’t tangle, and the earbuds have magnets in them which hold them together when not in use. This was very convenient for me.

These big compartments contain the battery and electronics, and I did not find them disturbing when wearing the earbuds. Speaking of battery, the battery life is great! I could get about 6h of listening time, with some battery left over.

Moving on, On the right compartment, there are control buttons. There is volume up, volume down, another button on the middle along with a status LED. The left compartment does not have any buttons. This means that the number of controls is limited.

Finally, here are some things that could have been better. These earbuds use micro USB to charge, which might be inconvenient. Next, the CLR100BT only have IPX2 water resistance, which is not enough if you want to do intense exercises with them on.

That’s all I have for this quick review of the Audio Technica CLR100BT wireless earbuds. I hope you enjoyed the video, and I will see you guys in the next video, bye!
